Mr. Metcalf is a United States Marine who spent 13 years on active duty and attained the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. After a decade of ministry and missionary work in North Carolina, Brasil, Mexico and Italy, Urshel moved into insurance and financial services and within two years had launched his own insurance group. A few years later Urshel partnered in launching and exiting a successful private equity firm focusing on raising capital and portfolio management. He developed a proprietary portfolio management application "Propel" to evaluate prospective companies fit the investor profile for returns and ecosystem compatibility. Urshel became Director of Operations for a veteran service organization in Dallas and established a successful 4-phase training curriculum for entrepreneurs to go from Launch to Scale. Urshel has traveled as a speaker, business development coach, and is the host of two radio shows, Urshel Speaks & Thinking for a Change. Urshel and his wife Robyn live in Plano, Tx and he is the proud father of 4 children, Christina, Danielle, Harper, and Urshel III (Tripp).

Mr. D. Grant Seabolt, Jr., Esq., is an “AV” “Preeminent” rated, business law practitioner and principal in the Dallas, Dallas and Frisco Texas law firm of the Seabolt Law Group, where he advises small businesses, entrepreneurs, start-up companies and mature emerging companies in sophisticated domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financings. He is a noted arbitrator and mediator. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Seabolt served as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate (attaining rank of Colonel in the Reserves) and as a Division Attorney with The Dow Chemical Company. He also serves as the State Judge Advocate for the Department of Texas Veterans of Foreign Wars (76,000+ Veteran Members), Board Member for the Metroplex Military Charitable Trust, and Board Chairman for Momentum Texas, Inc. (Veteran Entrepreneur Non-Profit). Mr. Seabolt holds the following degrees: LL.M (Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law, with highest honors), National Law Center, George Washington University, 1984; J.D., Univ. of Alabama School of Law (Bench & Bar Honor Society), 1979; and B.A. in Accounting at Birmingham-Southern College, 1976.
Mr. Davis is the Western Region Public Finance Director which includes offices in Texas, California, Washington, Louisiana, New Mexico and Hawaii. He has over fourteen years of municipal finance experience and over 25 years of experience in the public sector. Prior to joining Siebert Brandford Shank, Mr. Davis served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Dallas. Mr. Davis was also the founder in 1988 of one of the first minority-owned financial advisory/investment-banking firms headquartered in Texas, The Hamilton Financial Group. He also served in the public finance departments of Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc.
Since 1992, Mr. Davis has served as lead banker for senior-managed transactions in Texas and Louisiana totaling $6 billion. His clients include both the State of Texas and Louisiana as well as the cities of Austin, Arlington, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Plano, Lubbock and the City of Baton Rouge. He has also been involved in the financings for various school districts, hospitals, and other issuers (i.e., D/FW Airport, Dallas Area Rapid Transit System and the North Texas Tollway Authority). Mr. Davis also has extensive financial experience in senior and multi-family housing, economic and urban development and governmental/private sector project development.
In addition to his understanding of the municipal and economical development programs, Mr. Davis has extensive background in community involvement and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Methodist Hospital of Dallas, North Texas Public Broadcasting (KERA), Texas Hospital Trustees, Momentum Texas, African American Museum and was a member of the countywide Parkland Hospital Blue Ribbon Committee charged with recommending the scope and financing for a new County hospital. Previously he served as a board member on Dallas Symphony Board, Dallas Children’s Theatre, Baylor College of Dentistry, Chairman of the Boy Scouts of American West View District, Eirene Ministries, Inc., and the Advisory Committee for the Dallas Arts District.
Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with an M.A. in Urban Affairs with a special emphasis in Public Administration and has been recognized as one of the University’s outstanding Alumnus. He also received a B.S. in Education from Texas Christian University, and he is a military service veteran.
Mrs. Tamiko Bailey is the President/CEO of Bailey’s Premier Services, a multi-state defense contractor that provides aircraft maintenance and other support services to the United States government and state/local agencies.
Tamiko has over 25 years of combined military and industry experience. During her military career, she worked in an aviation environment supporting an F-15/F-16 squadron and she served two tours of duty in Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Southern Watch-No Fly Zone (33rd FW/ 59th FS). She has also been fortunate to work for Fortune 100/500 defense contractors. Working in these environments provided additional valuable work experiences within the aviation industry.
Tamiko has an AA in Accounting from Okaloosa-Walton Community College, BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and MBA from the University of Phoenix. Tamiko is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a certificate in Earned Value Management.
She is a native of Fort Worth and she volunteers countless hours to support the community and veterans events.
