As more veterans embark upon entrepreneurship, collective and shared knowledge reduces the amount
of failure and speeds the rate of success. Our Launch initiative gives those considering entrepreneurship
the tools and information needed for starting a business. Our mentoring platform allows startups and
early revenue companies to learn from experienced business owners who provide coaching and accountability.

Monthly Lunch & Learn Events for business owners. Each month participating entrepreneurs receive
training and tools that they can employ in their business. The key is that all participants are expected
to give their baseline metrics and measure their progress. Quarterly we will request updates and
evaluate the effectiveness of the business development strategies. Each mentor/instructor commits to
giving something that will provide the opportunity for measured growth. Our O&A events kick off
February 20th with “Building a Million Dollar Sales Funnel” and each business owner will have the
ability to track all of their current ad spends, results, and even sales calls to evaluate the effectiveness
of their current strategies. They will then receive evaluation and recommendations after 90 days.
