Initiative aims to help veterans start a business
MomentumTexas Inc(MTI), An initiative to help veterans returning to the Dallas-Fort Worth area from Afghanistan and Iraq and other veterans successfully start their own business. Jim Reid, president of the nonprofit Momentum Texas Inc., whose mission is "Building Communities and Growing Entrepreneurs," announced the initiative.
MTI with a grant provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, is offering the D/FW Veterans Business Assistance Program (D/FW VBAP) to help returning Afghan/Iraqi veterans and all veterans, who wish to start and grow a business.
